We do our best to show true colors and textures in our photos, but screens vary, so what you see might look a shade different in person. Just something to keep in mind before you order.

2. Ordering and payment
When you place an order, we need accurate info from you, name, shipping address, payment details, all of it. Payment is due at checkout, and we accept all major cards.

3. Shipping and delivery
We move on orders as fast as we reasonably can, but timing depends on where you're located and what you ordered. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Once it's out for delivery, delays from the carrier itself are out of our hands.

4. Returns and cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped or been put together yet, reach out and we'll try to work something out, though it's not always guaranteed once things are already in motion. Once something's been opened or used, we can't accept it back. Full details are in our Return Policy, read it before you order so there's no confusion later.

5. Privacy

Everything on this site, photos, words, our name, belongs to us. Please don't take it and use it like it's yours.

We're not responsible for what happens after the hair leaves our hands, improper install, allergic reactions, whatever the case may be. Use good judgment, and if you're unsure how to install something, ask a professional.
