Shipping Policy

Thanks for trusting us with your hair, we take that seriously.

Some textures ship straight from our supplier, which usually means it reaches you faster, about 3 to 5 days. If a bundle falls under that, you'll see it noted right on the product page, no surprises.

Everything else takes a little more time to put together properly, usually 7 to 10 business days. We'd rather take the extra few days than rush and send you something that isn't right.

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can watch it the whole way to your door.

Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and where it's headed, and you'll see the exact total at checkout before you commit to anything.

If you're outside our home base, your package might get flagged for customs fees or duties once it enters your country, that part is handled by your local customs office, not us. If we're aware of it ahead of time, we'll flag it for you. If we're not, it's worth a quick check of your country's import rules before you order, just so nothing catches you off guard.

Please double check your shipping address before checkout. Once it's placed, we're not able to fix delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
