Every bundle is a little different when it comes to delivery, so here's the honest breakdown: some of our textures ship out fast, usually 3–5 days, while others take a bit longer to prepare and travel, landing closer to 7–10 business days. You'll always see the specific timeframe for that item right on the product page, so there's no guessing before you order.

🎀 Refunds & Returns
Because our hair is a personal-care product, we hold ourselves (and you!) to a high hygiene standard, it's part of how we keep every install fresh and safe for the next customer too.
Here's how it works: if your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we're happy to refund it, no questions asked. Once an item has been opened, worn, or altered, we're unable to accept it back or issue a refund. All other refund or return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline any refund or return request at our discretion.
