Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with us. We want you to genuinely love what you got, so here's how returns work, no fine print tricks. 
If your order hasn't shipped or been put together yet and you need to cancel, let us know. We'll try to refund it, but once things are already being prepped, that's not always guaranteed.
Once something's been opened or worn, we can't take it back. It's a hygiene thing, not a trust thing. Check your order as soon as it lands, and say something right away if it's wrong.
Everything else gets looked at case by case. Sometimes it's a yes, sometimes it's a no.
Want to request something? Email us your order number and what happened.
If approved, refunds go back the way you paid, usually within a few business days.
